Thermal validation in pharmaceutical and food industry

The prod­uct range of CiK Solu­tions is extend­ed by the Tec­nosoft stain­less steel data log­gers. The self-suf­fi­cient and pre­cise log­gers for cost-effi­cient val­i­da­tion con­tin­u­ous­ly record tem­per­a­ture, humid­i­ty and pres­sure and are par­tic­u­lar­ly suit­able for use in crit­i­cal man­u­fac­tur­ing and qual­i­ty processes. 

With an accu­ra­cy of up to ± 0.05 °C, the Tec­nosoft data log­gers can be used in the food, phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal, lab­o­ra­to­ry and med­ical sec­tors for the val­i­da­tion of ster­il­iza­tion, pas­teur­iza­tion and freeze-drying. 

With the var­i­ous soft­ware solu­tions for eval­u­a­tion, visu­al­iza­tion, analy­sis and for export­ing the mea­sured val­ues, para­me­ters such as lethal­i­ty, among oth­ers, can be adjust­ed and cal­cu­lat­ed. The print­ed reports com­ply with health reg­u­la­tions (cGMP) and are ISO-compatible. 

In addi­tion to tem­per­a­ture data log­gers with rigid and flex­i­ble probes, radio data log­gers are avail­able for real-time trans­mis­sion, as well as humid­i­ty and pres­sure data loggers. 

The replace­able bat­tery con­tributes to a long ser­vice life. A trace­able cal­i­bra­tion at 6 points of the Ital­ian Accre­dia (NIST equiv­a­lent) is included.
