The Gerhard Schubert GmbH is looking back on a successful trade fair presence at the Anuga FoodTec 2018. Among others, the packaging machine builder received an order from a French producer of nutritional supplements. The new customer ordered a TLM-line consisting of eight modules to package drinks filled plastic bottles. This flexible machine will be able to handle varying bottle sizes and packaging arrangements.
The new digital platform GRIPS.World also attracted the interest of many visitors. Especially the safe transfer of machine data with the industrial gateway GS.Gate, and the resulting reduction of unplanned interruptions stroked a chord with current demands. “By complementing our state-of-the-art packaging machines with advanced software solutions, we can offer a complete automation package with the added value our customers are looking for,” says Hartmut Siegel, Director of Sales at the company.
