To pro­vide com­pa­nies oper­at­ing in the process and man­u­fac­tur­ing indus­tries with valu­able insights into how advanced automa­tion soft­ware and solu­tions can help opti­mize envi­ron­men­tal sus­tain­abil­i­ty and busi­ness devel­op­ment, Emer­son is host­ing a series of Inno­va­tion Days. These free events, which will take place across Europe dur­ing 2022, will demon­strate how the lat­est indus­tri­al soft­ware and sys­tems can dri­ve the dig­i­tal trans­for­ma­tion of oper­a­tional process­es to increase oper­a­tional effi­cien­cy, process avail­abil­i­ty, safe­ty and profitability.

The days will fea­ture diverse pre­sen­ta­tions from indus­try experts high­light­ing the use of advanced diag­nos­tics to mon­i­tor the health and per­for­mance char­ac­ter­is­tics of instru­men­ta­tion and con­trol equip­ment, as well as sim­ple ways to trans­form data into mean­ing­ful insights. Oth­er top­ics include ana­lyz­ing machine effi­cien­cy, using a cloud-based SCADA solu­tion to remote­ly mon­i­tor assets, improv­ing reli­a­bil­i­ty and safe­ty through cor­ro­sion and ero­sion mon­i­tor­ing, and using machine learn­ing tech­nol­o­gy to opti­mize asset con­trol sys­tems and increase production.

The Inno­va­tion Days pro­gram also includes inter­ac­tive hands-on demon­stra­tions of how improv­ing insight into crit­i­cal oper­a­tional data and pri­or­i­tiz­ing the most rel­e­vant infor­ma­tion can help improve oper­a­tions. Atten­dees will also be able to expe­ri­ence Per­va­sive Sens­ing tech­nolo­gies through a 3D vir­tu­al plant tour. Oppor­tu­ni­ties to share expe­ri­ences and net­work with indus­try peers, as well as dis­cuss spe­cif­ic appli­ca­tion chal­lenges, round out the offer­ings. The days are aimed at man­age­ment, project and oper­a­tions per­son­nel, tech­ni­cians and main­te­nance spe­cial­ists. The events are pre­sent­ed in more than 20 coun­tries in the local language.
