Small, full functional serialization module

The Print & Check All-In-One XS is the flag­ship of the Print & Check series by Antares Vision. The suc­cess­ful pre­vi­ous mod­el was already pre­sent­ed in 2010 and now the com­pa­ny presents the same machine in an even more com­pact design.
Despite the mod­er­ate size, also the new ver­sion offers all the favourable func­tions of the suc­cess­ful Print & Check All in One stan­dard mod­el, which com­bines the print­ing and super­vi­sion func­tions of the con­tain­ers on three sides with a check weigher and labelling func­tion as well as a mod­ule act­ing as a seal of authen­ti­ca­tion to pre­vent coun­ter­feit­ing. Thanks to its three high-def­i­n­i­tion mon­i­tor­ing cam­eras, the cor­rect posi­tion­ing of the label and the print­ing is also monitored.
The Print & Check All in One XS weighs every pack­age before print­ing and labelling. It fol­lows that the ser­i­al num­ber is not assigned to the pack­ages with an incor­rect weight. There­fore, you can recov­er the con­tents and rein­te­grate it in the pack­ag­ing process. The new Print & Check All-In-One XS guar­an­tees, with its intel­li­gent con­trol sys­tem, that there are no valid ser­i­al num­bers among the rejects. In case of non-con­form­ing prod­uct, the ser­i­al num­ber con­cerned is reg­is­tered as “reject”.
The oper­a­tor grasps the machine on one side and this sim­pli­fies and speeds up the for­mat change and roll change oper­a­tions. Even the Print & Check All-In-One XS is com­plete­ly pro­tect­ed thanks to a struc­ture acces­si­ble through large and secure doors: every sin­gle phase of the seri­al­iza­tion process takes place in a safe and stream­lined way. The man­age­ment soft­ware allows to record seri­al­iza­tion data and the data relat­ed to the set­ting of all the com­po­nents of the machine. In case of replace­ment of the com­po­nents, the restart of the machine is quick and easy.
