New sensor rails

Bad­ger Meter Europa has devel­oped the new Easy Rails for the ultra­son­ic flow meter and btu meter TFX-Ultra, which allow a quick and easy instal­la­tion of the ultra­son­ic sensors.
The sen­sor rails are avail­able in two dif­fer­ent ver­sions: ER150 Easy Rail for pipe sizes from DN50 to DN150 and ER300 Easy Rail for pipe sizes from DN50 to DN300. Both mod­els can be used for media with a tem­per­a­ture range of ‑40 °C to +120 °C.
Type TFX Ultra offers bidi­rec­tion­al flow mea­sure­ment with­in a veloc­i­ty range of 0,03 to 12 m/s in pipes sizes of DN50 to DN3000 with an accu­ra­cy of +/-1% of read­ing or +/-0,003 m/s and with­in a tem­per­a­ture range of ‑40°C to +85°C. Total­isator options deliv­er quan­ti­ty mea­sured in flow or reverse flow direc­tion as well as total flow rate. USB 2.0, Mod­Bus RTU and BAC­net MSTP via RS485, Eth­er­net con­nec­tion with BACnet/IP, EtherNet/IP and Mod­Bus TCP/IP pro­to­coles are avail­able as output.
