Meet the experts — 10 Jahre Laborforum

This year, Sys­mex and part­ners are host­ing the “Sys­mex and Part­ners Lab­o­ra­to­ry Forum” in the BayAre­na Lev­erkusen for the tenth time to dis­cuss cur­rent top­ics in lab­o­ra­to­ry diag­nos­tics with experts.

Since the start of the event series in 2011 in Augs­burg, rec­og­nized experts have been debat­ing cur­rent top­ics in lab­o­ra­to­ry diag­nos­tics with guests and par­tic­i­pants of the lab­o­ra­to­ry forums, such as in- or out­sourc­ing of the lab­o­ra­to­ry, cen­tral lab­o­ra­to­ry ver­sus point-of-care, automa­tion, oppor­tu­ni­ties and lim­its of pre­ven­tive med­i­cine, The Future of Health-Care as well as dig­i­tal­iza­tion in health­care. In the 10th anniver­sary of the Labor­fo­rum series, orga­niz­ers Clin­iSys | MIPS, Roche, Sarst­edt and Sys­mex offer a brief look back, but also look for­ward, as always.

In the pan­el dis­cus­sion, among many oth­er top­ics, the future of per­son­nel deploy­ment in the lab­o­ra­to­ry and the sit­u­a­tion on the skilled labor mar­ket will be high­light­ed: How are job descrip­tions chang­ing and how are lab­o­ra­to­ries com­pen­sat­ing for cuts in resources? Par­tic­i­pants can look for­ward to excit­ing dis­cus­sions on cur­rent issues in lab­o­ra­to­ry diag­nos­tics and exchanges with experts from the industry.
