Innovative control with integrated I/Os

With the Com­pact Con­troller 100, Wago now offers a com­pact con­troller with inte­grat­ed I/Os that is ide­al­ly suit­ed for small­er automa­tion solu­tions. The com­pa­ny thus opti­mal­ly rounds off its automa­tion port­fo­lio below the PFC200 fam­i­ly. Thanks to its design as a DIN rail mount­ed device (REG), in accor­dance with DIN 43880, the new con­troller can also be mount­ed in small dis­tri­b­u­tion boards.

The I/O unit is housed togeth­er with the con­troller in a com­pact enclo­sure and there­fore requires no addi­tion­al space for fur­ther con­trol com­po­nents. The wiring lev­el is remov­able — this has advan­tages dur­ing instal­la­tion and facil­i­tates device replace­ment. The Com­pact Con­troller 100 can be freely pro­grammed with CODESYS V3 in accor­dance with IEC 61131. Exten­sive IEC libraries and IEC macros sim­pli­fy the cre­ation of appli­ca­tions. The device oper­ates with a real-time Lin­ux® oper­at­ing sys­tem and sup­ports com­mon field­bus protocols.
