Innovative filling valve with control cone

Now, even more pre­cise dos­ing in fill­ing process­es is pos­si­ble with the Gemü fill­ing valves, which are now also avail­able with a con­trol cone.

The fill­ing process in the food and phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal indus­try requires a greater range of indi­vid­ual solu­tions due to the con­stant­ly increas­ing vari­ety of bev­er­ages, liq­uid foods and pharmaceuticals.

For this rea­son, Gemü is now offer­ing the F40 and F60 ser­vo­Drive fill­ing valves with a con­trol cone. This allows the fill­ing quan­ti­ties of liq­uid, vis­cous and gaseous media to be metered even more pre­cise­ly, espe­cial­ly for small quan­ti­ties. The valves are equipped with the inno­v­a­tive PD tech­nol­o­gy and impress with their speed, flex­i­bil­i­ty, con­sis­ten­cy and precision.

The two fill­ing valves are avail­able in nom­i­nal sizes DN 8 to 25 with spig­ot or clamp con­nec­tions to DIN or ASME BPE. In addi­tion to the pre­vi­ous­ly avail­able invest­ment cast valve bod­ies, sol­id bod­ies are now also avail­able, which can be elec­trop­o­l­ished on request.
