The IT service provider Sycor, which specializes in the digital transformation of medium-sized companies, will be an exhibitor at this year’s medical technology trade fair MedtecLIVE with T4M. There, Sycor will present IT solutions and implementation concepts that are specifically tailored to the needs of companies in the medical technology industry. The focus is on the digitalization of processes and the integration of applications — practically implemented through powerful, industry-specific ERP solutions. The trade show is the European Trade Fair for Medical Technology. It will take place from May 3 to 5 at the Stuttgart exhibition center. Sycor will be exhibiting in hall 10, booth 10–716.
Under the umbrella of the Sycor LifeScience Lab, the IT service provider bundles its competencies from the areas of ERP and medical technology: a team of experienced experts develops IT strategies for medical technology companies and supports customers throughout the entire process of digital transformation — from the initial considerations in the direction of process digitization to the individual adaptation and integration of applications to the introduction and operation of IT solutions.
At the trade fair, the company will showcase IT strategies based on SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 that help medical technology companies meet the specific challenges of the industry. Various national and international standards and regulations, such as the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) or the specifications of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), require companies to comply with comprehensive risk and quality management, software validation, complete traceability within the value chain and connection to external databases, among other things.
ERP platform solutions ensure end-to-end integrated processes across all required applications and functionalities. Digitization and automation can increase productivity, improve compliance and reduce error rates. In addition, the group offers an industry-specific IT solution for the regulatory-compliant mapping of medical device files and technical documentation according to MDR/FDA requirements.
“This trade show is an important industry gathering and extremely valuable for professional exchange. We are exhibiting for the first time and are looking forward to the opportunity to present our solutions and concepts for medical technology companies to a professional audience. We bring many years of experience and a traditionally close connection to the medtech industry to optimize our customers’ business processes with innovative and customized solutions.”
