Food Safety Day

Food Safe­ty Day focused on the require­ments of food pro­cess­ing, how risks can be avoid­ed, detect­ed and man­aged.  Sesotec’s experts shared their know-how on the top­ic of “food safe­ty” and pre­sent­ed par­tic­i­pants with, among oth­er things, the range of prod­ucts and ser­vices — from met­al detec­tors and X‑ray sys­tems to soft­ware solu­tions and ser­vice pack­ages. In live demon­stra­tions, for exam­ple, the inno­va­tions for met­al detec­tion using arti­fi­cial intel­li­gence meth­ods were con­veyed in a prac­ti­cal man­ner. Sesotec solu­tions enable food man­u­fac­tur­ers and proces­sors to com­ply with stan­dards and reg­u­la­tions, ensur­ing food con­for­mi­ty at all stages of production.
