Flottweg Shows Off Powerful Duo

Appro­pri­ate to the theme of resource effi­cien­cy, Flot­tweg is pre­sent­ing two of its lat­est machines at ANUGA FOODTEC 2018 in Cologne. With the AC 1200 sep­a­ra­tor, the com­pa­ny is start­ing a new prod­uct line of high-per­for­mance sep­a­ra­tors for small and mid-sized com­pa­nies. The AC 1200 is also equipped with it’s refined Soft Shot emp­ty­ing mech­a­nism. This sys­tem per­mits the flex­i­ble, very exact adjust­ment of bowl open­ing times. The arbi­trary com­bi­na­tion of full and par­tial dis­charge allows the sys­tem to be adjust­ed flex­i­bly to prod­uct and process require­ments. This increas­es prod­uct yields.
In par­al­lel with this, the com­pa­ny is also pre­sent­ing the Z2E decanter cen­trifuge. Thanks to its com­pact design and Flot­tweg’s usu­al excel­lent pro­duc­tion, the Z2E han­dles key func­tions in many dif­fer­ent areas of the food indus­try. But the small­est mod­u­lar machine in the Z series does­n’t fall short of the fea­tures of larg­er machines and can be cus­tomized to dif­fer­ent require­ments. So fluc­tu­at­ing pro­duc­tion con­di­tions and fre­quent prod­uct changes are easy for the Z2E.
Both the AC 1200 sep­a­ra­tor and Z2E decanter cen­trifuges, thanks to their con­struc­tion and their easy-to-clean com­po­nents and sur­faces, are ide­al for any sep­a­ra­tion task in the food indus­try. That saves valu­able fac­tors like time, clean­ing water, and ener­gy dur­ing clean­ing. And that’s right in line with the mot­to of the show: Research efficiency.
