Efficient electric panel heating for outdoor

With tem­pus­VOLT OUT, herotec GmbH Flächen­heizung from Ahlen has launched a sur­face heat­ing sys­tem for out­door use. The heater was designed for the removal of snow and ice from paths, ramps, dri­ve­ways and oth­er out­door areas.

The out­door heat­ing sys­tem is con­ve­nient to install and adapt­ed for three instal­la­tion sit­u­a­tions: Screed/sand, con­crete and mas­tic asphalt. The heat­ing con­duc­tors are fixed to a mesh to ensure con­sis­tent spac­ing. They have an extreme­ly robust out­er sheath.

The advan­tages here lie in auto­mat­ed oper­a­tion. There is no need to keep per­son­nel on hand and road salt can be avoid­ed, mak­ing them eco­nom­i­cal and also envi­ron­men­tal­ly friend­ly. When elec­tric­i­ty from renew­able ener­gy sources is used, eco­log­i­cal oper­a­tion in the sense of sus­tain­abil­i­ty is added.
