Rund um die Uhr befreien Filter die verschiedenen Beckenkreisläufe des WaldSchwimmbads Neu-Isenburg in Hessen von Verunreinigungen. Um einen reibungslosen Badebetrieb zu gewährleisten, müssen auch die Filter täglich gereinigt werden. Hierbei vertrauen die Betreiber auf Technik des Frankfurter Pumpenherstellers AURAS und haben insgesamt zwei Tauchpumpen im Einsatz, die das durch Filterrückspülungen verbrauchte Wasser vom Schwimmbadkeller in den Abwasserkanal pumpen.

Im Hallenbad-Bereich des WaldSchwimmbads Neu-Isenburg reinigen bei laufendem Badebetrieb vier geschlossene Mehrschichtfilter das Wasser der Becken. Darüber hinaus ist eine Spülwasseraufbereitungsanlage mit Kies- und Aktivkohlefilter im Einsatz. Um das belastete Filterbett zu reinigen, werden täglich drei der vier Filter mit insgesamt 60 Kubikmeter Wasser rückgespült. Das verunreinigte Wasser gelangt dabei über die Spülwasseraufbereitungsanlage in den Pumpensumpf im Keller des Schwimmbads. 2017 installierten die Stadtwerke Neu-Isenburg in diesem Pumpensumpf zwei Tauchpumpen des Typs MAN 550/2/100 A1FT5 der ZETLINE-Serie von AURAS, die das verbrauchte Wasser in den Abwasserkanal pumpen. Den Höhenunterschied zum Kanal gleichen die Pumpen dabei problemlos aus.

Die Tauchpumpen laufen über eine Wechselvorrichtung, sodass sie immer abwechselnd im Einsatz sind. „Dadurch sorgen wir für die nötige Entlastung und sind zusätzlich für die Wassermassen im Falle eines Lecks oder Rohrbruchs gewappnet“, erklärt Denis Dörschung, Leiter des Bereichs Bäder & Sauna der Stadtwerke Neu-Isenburg.

Problemlose Förderung von Wasser mit großen Partikeln

Die MAN 550/2/100 A1FT5 der ZETLINE-Serie ist eine effiziente Elektromotorpumpe mit offenem Einkanal-Laufrad und einer maximalen Fördermenge von 36 Litern pro Sekunde. Große, freie Kugeldurchgänge für Partikelgrößen bis 50 Millimeter verringern die Verstopfungsgefahr durch starke Verschmutzungen im Wasser. Die Befestigung am Boden erfolgt über zwei Kupplungsfüße mit vertikalem Auslass, während ein Schiebeflansch mit Rohrführung das Ausbauen der Pumpen vereinfacht. „So entstehen keine langen Ausfallzeiten bei Wartungsarbeiten“, weiß Peter Schmidt, Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung bei AURAS. Das Tauchpumpen-Modell fördert problemlos nicht rechengereinigtes Schwarzwasser sowie Kanalisationsabwasser und eignet sich damit hervorragend für kommunale Hebeanlegen, Kläranlagen, Landwirtschaft und Industrie.

Its motor is equipped as standard with a motor protection plug with on/off switch. A phase inverter and a signal lamp for rotating field control provide additional safety. Due to the side pump outlet, the P 40 CS is also easy to clean and designed to be relatively inexpensive and easy to maintain by skilled personnel. All individual parts are replaceable and available from stock.

Almost exclusively pumps from AURAS
Industriewartung Süd has been active in the industrial cleaning sector for more than 30 years and, with its approximately 60 employees, solves the most difficult cleaning problems for machines and systems on a daily basis. In doing so, it avoids chemical cleaning methods and solvents wherever possible.
