Drainage solutions at IFAT

Togeth­er with its Dutch sis­ter com­pa­ny Pen­tair Fair­banks Nijhuis, the Stein­hagen-based pump man­u­fac­tur­er Pen­tair Jung Pumpen presents itself in Munich. On dis­play will be new dewa­ter­ing solu­tions for wet wipe issues, flood man­age­ment and pres­sure dewatering.

With 200,000 cuts per minute, wet wipes in waste­water are no prob­lem for the new Mul­ti­Cut cut­ting sys­tem. How effec­tive­ly the waste­water pump works with the new sys­tem will be demon­strat­ed live at the booth. Inter­est­ed par­ties can also see for them­selves how easy the pump is to main­tain and replace the cut­ting wheel and adjust the cut­ting gap.

Surface drainage and pressure drainage

The new SKS 1000 plas­tic sump with Mul­tiDrain UV 600 pumps will be on show. This is ide­al for drain­ing large com­pact­ed areas where water can­not per­co­late dur­ing heavy rain­fall. Equipped with var­i­ous waste­water pumps, any waste­water and sur­face water is safe­ly con­veyed to the near­est storm or waste­water sewer.

Also on dis­play are the large and small PKS waste­water sumps. The PKS 1200 ‑3000 can be adjust­ed in height and diam­e­ter depend­ing on the instal­la­tion sit­u­a­tion to con­vey waste­water from indus­tri­al and munic­i­pal areas. The small PKS‑B 800 sumps are used as a ready-made pump­ing sta­tion for pumps with cut­ter in pres­sure drainage sys­tems. They will be shown with the replace­ment sets, which are the ide­al way to upgrade “aging man­holes” back to modern.
