Donation for the Winter Universiade

From Decem­ber 11 to 21, 2021, the Games will take place at var­i­ous loca­tions in Switzer­land. Uni­ver­si­ty sports have a long tra­di­tion. Sport has a bal­anc­ing effect on body and mind. It is a source of friend­ship, trust and team­work. The Uni­ver­si­ades pro­mote inter­na­tion­al sports activ­i­ties and pro­vide a fan­tas­tic plat­form for young ath­letes to com­pete and net­work with oth­er colleagues.

Play­ing sports at such a high lev­el requires extra com­mit­ment, good orga­ni­za­tion of train­ing and stud­ies, and dis­ci­pline. Our soci­ety needs cit­i­zens who are will­ing to do more, to cre­ate, to act as entre­pre­neurs and to shape our world in a sus­tain­able way. For this rea­son, the Ger­icke Group sup­ports this great sport­ing event.
