Changing cartridges

Thanks to the Quick-Lock con­nec­tion sys­tem, the Gemü F40 fill­ing valve is quick and easy to ser­vice. It uses an inno­v­a­tive car­tridge spare part sys­tem that enables all the nec­es­sary wear­ing parts to be replaced in a sin­gle step. The sys­tem also includes the plug diaphragm, which is affixed to the sys­tem but which can be ordered and replaced sep­a­rate­ly as a spare part as well. All that’s need­ed to replace the car­tridge and the diaphragm is a hexag­o­nal torque wrench. Actu­a­tor size AG 3 must be tight­ened to at least 60 Nm. There is also no need to retight­en the seal, which offers addi­tion­al time savings.
