Today, intive, a global consulting, design and development company, announced the appointment of Abhishek Dahiya as Chief Design Officer. With the appointment of the renowned design expert from the tech space, intive strengthens its capabilities in developing innovative, user-centric digital products in close collaboration with the company’s blue-chip clients. This staffing decision is expected to further drive intive’s hyper-growth.
Abhishek has been among the industry thought leaders since the commercialization of the Internet began 25 years ago. He is considered a digital visionary and has solved a wide range of design problems for both startups and large enterprises — for example, London Stock Exchange Group, NTT Data and Barclays, as well as in a variety of industries including retail, telecommunications and FinTech.
In his new role as Chief Design Officer, he will help intive set new standards for digital experiences.
“My credo is that true user-centricity comes from systematic design judgment and a long-term perspective. We need to consider the whole system. This includes user needs, business requirements, but also technical possibilities and limitations. I came to intive because I am inspired by the company’s culture, which strives for growth both inside and outside the comfort zone. Innovation happens where the unknown meets the known — and the culture matches my personal preference for thoughtful exploration of those possibilities.”

The company can create unique customer experiences for the company’s blue-chip customers and accelerate its hyper-growth. To illustrate: In 2021, it grew by nearly 50 percent. This huge increase is due to the company’s ability to put people’s needs at the center of product development. This is how unique user experiences are created.
