The new sales manager of FlexLink Systems GmbH, an expert in materials handling and industrial automation, is Roman Kucza since May 2021. He is responsible for the sales territories in Germany as well as the Czech and Slovak Republics. He sees the focus of his activities in the digital transformation of sales as well as the strengthening of indirect business with partners and OEMs.
The 54-year-old engineering graduate brings with him extensive experience in sales and marketing. Most recently, Kucza spent six years at Identpro GmbH, where he was responsible for the global expansion of the business with a focus on Intralogistics 4.0 and digitalization.
Prior to that, he held various management positions at Demag Cranes for almost 20 years. As Manager Marketing & Market Development and Head of Sales Controlling & Support, he was responsible for supporting and managing sales and establishing sales-oriented sales marketing.
In his new role, the new Sales Manager will ensure the company’s ambitious growth targets are met.
