Candy tests for kindergartens

Togeth­er with oth­er com­pa­nies from Rast­ede, the Bröt­je com­pa­ny sup­ports Coro­na safe­ty in kinder­gartens. For this pur­pose, 5000 so-called lol­lipop tests worth around 15,000 euros were hand­ed over to the may­or of Rast­ede, Lars Krause, and to Fritz Sun­der­mann, the respon­si­ble busi­ness unit manager.

The dona­tion is intend­ed for the day­care cen­ters of the munic­i­pal­i­ties of Rast­ede and Wiefel­st­ede to enable a time­ly test offer for home use. The back­ground to this is the request by the state gov­ern­ment to offer vol­un­tary Coro­na tests in order to be able to guar­an­tee safe­ty in the day­care centers.

The cer­ti­fied and med­ical­ly approved tests are designed specif­i­cal­ly for chil­dren. Unlike the reg­u­lar ver­sions, they are more con­ve­nient to use because they do not require a nasal or throat swab.
