Cancellation of physical participation in the SPS Fair

Now Schnei­der Elec­tric has can­celed its on-site par­tic­i­pa­tion at SPS Messe 2021. In light of the cur­rent Covid-19 infec­tion out­break, the tech com­pa­ny will show­case its IIoT-enabled indus­tri­al automa­tion hard­ware and soft­ware port­fo­lio pure­ly dig­i­tal­ly this year.

We appre­ci­ate the spe­cial atmos­phere in Nurem­berg and were very much look­ing for­ward to the per­son­al reunion as well as the pro­fes­sion­al exchange. Nev­er­the­less, the well-being of our employ­ees and the health of our cus­tomers and part­ners have the high­est pri­or­i­ty. For this rea­son, we are tak­ing our social respon­si­bil­i­ty accord­ing­ly and lim­it­ing our trade show pres­ence to dig­i­tal chan­nels this year.”

Pioneering IIoT solutions presented virtually

On the dig­i­tal plat­form, the com­pa­ny will present its solu­tions for man­u­fac­tur­er-inde­pen­dent automa­tion as well as mar­ket-lead­ing IIoT tech­nolo­gies that enable greater pro­duc­tiv­i­ty, agili­ty and effi­cien­cy in the food and pack­ag­ing indus­tries, for exam­ple. In addi­tion to a wide range of net­work­able field devices and con­trollers, a whole series of intel­li­gent soft­ware appli­ca­tions and dig­i­tal ser­vices are avail­able for this pur­pose — for exam­ple, for the con­sol­i­da­tion and eval­u­a­tion of data. The new Lex­i­um MC12 mul­ti-car­ri­er solu­tion will also be on show as a spe­cial highlight.
