Aschl, a drainage technology company, has developed an efficient cleaning nozzle for slotted and combination gutters. With the stainless steel nozzle, floor gutters can be cleaned particularly quickly and thoroughly. Simply connected to the high-pressure cleaner, the cleaning nozzle removes dirt and deposits in no time. The integrated sliding shoe with splash protection ensures safe and effortless guidance of the cleaning nozzle over the cross-welded spacer bars of the gutter.
The cleaning nozzle is the ideal complement to the slotted and combination gutter. With a few simple steps, both types of gutter can be cleaned efficiently and in a time-saving manner with just one cleaning nozzle. The nozzle is suitable for slotted and combination gutters with a water inlet width of 20 mm or more and can thus be used in a variety of ways in the beverage and food industries as well as in warehouses and vehicle halls.
The cleaning aid consists of a high-quality stainless steel nozzle and a sliding plate with splash protection made of PE. The cleaning nozzle can be easily connected to the high-pressure cleaner via the integrated adapter. The nozzle then cleans the longitudinal sides of the gutter in a V‑steel with a 30° spray angle. This efficiently removes dirt and debris in the gutter. Regular cleaning with the Aschl stainless steel nozzle prevents residues from settling in the first place.

The design can be guided over the drainage channel by the sliding plate. The integrated gear guide enables effortless guidance of the cleaning nozzle over the cross-welded spacer bars. The PE material ensures a low dead weight. The splash guard ensures safe application.
