Synostik, the IT service provider from Oebisfelde, Germany, will be presenting its latest portfolio of software tools for machine parks and production operations, which specializes in industry, at this year’s Hannover Messe from May 30 to June 2 in Hall 5, Stand E‑47/1. The product line is called “MaintenanceSolutionLine Industry” and offers intelligent algorithms and tools for commissioning, inspection, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and repair of machine park equipment. Part of the new line is the DiagnoseDesigner, which can be used to create various industrial algorithms, for example for maintenance and repair.
Furthermore, the smartphone app DIANA for interaction with the user and the digital platform QLOUDS for the integration of the applications are available. The tools will be vividly presented to trade fair visitors as part of an IoT model factory. The experts are not only focusing on their software solutions, but also want to illustrate how these tools can solve or alleviate current problems, such as the stagnation of global supply chains.
Reduce downtime and optimize regional production
The stated goal of smart maintenance, and therefore system diagnostics, is to reduce downtime through efficient technology. At Hannover Messe, Synostik will present how tools enable smart maintenance in machine parks and thus optimize regional industrial processes. Particularly in view of the current situation, Heino Brose, Managing Director of Synostik GmbH, sees a need for action here:
“Currently, manufacturing companies in particular are feeling the delay of global supply chains. We should see this as an opportunity!” According to Brose, regional production in Germany or the EU can be quite competitive, because efficient technology and clever maintenance can offset higher labor costs. In addition, this can counteract a further worsening of the energy crisis. “Now is the time to exploit all opportunities to increase efficiency in the industry.”
