Acquisition of AMN DPI

The French mold man­u­fac­tur­er AMN DPI (AMN) has now been acquired by the MAAG Group as of May 2, 2022. The com­pa­ny is thus con­sis­tent­ly con­tin­u­ing on its path as an inte­grat­ed sup­pli­er for sys­tems in the plas­tics indus­try from the extrud­er tip.

Found­ed in 1979 and based in Nor­mandy, AMN, a devel­op­er and man­u­fac­tur­er of poly­mer pel­letiz­ing dies and die plates, brings a wide range of know-how to the MAAG Group for both the pro­cess­ing and the extru­sion and recy­cling indus­tries. The glob­al­ly posi­tioned com­pa­ny with exper­tise also in biodegrad­able, high­ly filled recy­cling mate­ri­als focus­es its activ­i­ties pri­mar­i­ly on the Euro­pean market.

The die plate pro­duc­tion also increas­es the com­pa­ny’s ser­vice thanks to increased sup­port options for con­tin­u­ous oper­a­tion at the cus­tomer’s site.
