Easy degassing with the new vacuum degasser

The new SpiroVent Supe­ri­or S250 from Spirotech can be installed and com­mis­sioned quick­ly. The vac­u­um degasser works reli­ably, extreme­ly qui­et­ly and effi­cient­ly — regard­less of the instal­la­tion loca­tion. With its per­for­mance data, it is ide­al­ly suit­ed for small and medi­um-sized sys­tems in com­mer­cial and res­i­den­tial construction.

The degasser is designed for a sys­tem vol­ume of up to 5 m³ and a pres­sure range of 0.5 to 2.5 bar. Its degassing capac­i­ty is a max­i­mum of 74 l/h, and its oper­at­ing tem­per­a­ture is between 15 and 70 °C. These key data qual­i­fy the prod­uct for small and medi­um-sized instal­la­tions. The unit has proven this in all test installations.

The tech­nol­o­gy is well pack­aged in a stur­dy insu­lat­ing shell. The unit oper­ates with the patent­ed Ven­turi loop. It enables vir­tu­al­ly vibra­tion-free and there­fore qui­et oper­a­tion. Thanks to a val­ue of 41 dB(A), the S250 can be installed in sen­si­tive areas with­out any prob­lems. In addi­tion, the unit has a com­pact design and weighs only 11 kg.

Imme­di­ate­ly after start-up, the unit is in con­tin­u­ous oper­a­tion, but lat­er switch­es to the ener­gy-sav­ing ECO mode. This reg­u­lates the degassing process accord­ing to a pre­de­fined time inter­val. The cur­rent sta­tus can be read on the dis­play. In addi­tion, the vac­u­um degasser can be con­nect­ed to a build­ing man­age­ment system.

With this new prod­uct, Spirotech is expand­ing its range of vac­u­um degassers. They cov­er a sys­tem vol­ume of 5 to 300 m³ and a pres­sure range of 0.5 to 16 bar. What they all have in com­mon is their effect: they ensure high and sta­ble per­for­mance of the sys­tem, and finan­cial expens­es for main­te­nance and ser­vic­ing are reduced. In addi­tion, ener­gy costs are reduced and CO2 is saved.
