Change of Management Board at B.M.P. Pharma Trading AG

The Man­age­ment Board of B.M.P. Phar­ma Trad­ing AG has been restruc­tured. With effect from June 17, 2021, the pre­vi­ous Chair­man of the Man­age­ment Board, Mr. Bernd Michael Jörss, will leave the com­pa­ny. The new full Board of Man­age­ment Mr. Hen­ning A. Nau will con­tin­ue the suc­cess of B.M.P. Phar­ma Trad­ing AG.

After more than 20 suc­cess­ful years as CEO of the AG, Mr. Jörss will devote him­self to new per­son­al tasks out­side the company.

Mr. Nau is a leader with an inter­na­tion­al pro­file and impres­sive expe­ri­ence in growth com­pa­nies. He is the ide­al per­son to, among oth­er things, fur­ther expand the pres­ence of the new­ly incor­po­rat­ed TAO Cos­met­ics Trad­ing GmbH in the rel­e­vant Euro­pean mar­ket. The Group is thus ide­al­ly posi­tioned to con­cen­trate in future on ful­ly exploit­ing the mar­ket poten­tial in its core mar­ket of Europe.

On behalf of the com­pa­ny, the Super­vi­so­ry Board of the AG would like to express its sin­cere thanks to Mr. Bernd Michael Jörss for his great con­tri­bu­tion to the suc­cess­ful devel­op­ment of the com­pa­ny in recent years. Espe­cial­ly after the very chal­leng­ing last years, he leaves behind a con­sol­i­dat­ed and sta­ble company.
