Compact motor-mounted drive

B&R has added new com­pact vari­ants to its series of motor-mount­ed dri­ves. The new addi­tions to the Acopo-Smo­tor series facil­i­tate devel­op­ment of mod­u­lar, adap­tive man­u­fac­tur­ing. With a full-fledged inte­grat­ed ser­vo dri­ve, you’ll be able to reduce instal­la­tion costs and save cab­i­net space.

Addi­tion­al Acopo-Smo­tor units are eas­i­ly added on via daisy-chain cabling thanks to the use of a sin­gle hybrid cable.

The new com­pact Acopo-Smo­tor units also fea­ture a unique 300° swiv­el con­nec­tor, inte­grat­ed STO safe­ty func­tion­al­i­ty, up to 1 kW of peak pow­er, IP65 pro­tec­tion and regen­er­a­tive brak­ing for reduced ener­gy consumption.
