The dynamic cross flow filtration with the Bokela Dyno Filter is a high performance separation process allowing absolute separation of solids from liquids. The dynamic cross flow principle, the serial arrangement of the process chambers and the use of membranes or metallic filter media provide liquids absolutely free from particles and extremely high concentrated retentates. The required results are attained already after one process cycle without repeated recirculation. The Dyno filter forms a closed, serial chamber system that allows a completely airtight separation process.
The filter achieves excellent results in the treatment of process waste water as well as in the filtration of suspensions/liquids from the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, the bioprocess engineering or in the treatment of minerals like calcium carbonate or titanium dioxide. Other exemplary references are the catalyst recovery in the synthesis of various plastics. The filter processes suspensions with particles from 200 μm down to 0.01 μm.
The dilter is available with filter areas of 0.013 m² to 12 m².
