High Solids Contents and Particle-free Liquids

The dynam­ic cross flow fil­tra­tion with the Bokela Dyno Fil­ter is a high per­for­mance sep­a­ra­tion process allow­ing absolute sep­a­ra­tion of solids from liq­uids. The dynam­ic cross flow prin­ci­ple, the ser­i­al arrange­ment of the process cham­bers and the use of mem­branes or metal­lic fil­ter media pro­vide liq­uids absolute­ly free from par­ti­cles and extreme­ly high con­cen­trat­ed reten­tates. The required results are attained already after one process cycle with­out repeat­ed recir­cu­la­tion. The Dyno fil­ter forms a closed, ser­i­al cham­ber sys­tem that allows a com­plete­ly air­tight sep­a­ra­tion process.
The fil­ter achieves excel­lent results in the treat­ment of process waste water as well as in the fil­tra­tion of suspensions/liquids from the chem­i­cal and phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal indus­try, the bio­process engi­neer­ing or in the treat­ment of min­er­als like cal­ci­um car­bon­ate or tita­ni­um diox­ide. Oth­er exem­plary ref­er­ences are the cat­a­lyst recov­ery in the syn­the­sis of var­i­ous plas­tics. The fil­ter process­es sus­pen­sions with par­ti­cles from 200 μm down to 0.01 μm.
The dil­ter is avail­able with fil­ter areas of 0.013 m² to 12 m².
