180° multiple-joint hinges

Gan­ter stan­dards experts are sued to pro­vid­ing uncon­ven­tion­al Gan­ter-stan­dard appli­ca­tion solu­tions for a wide range of appli­ca­tions. After all, the goal is to make it as easy as pos­si­ble for the cus­tomer to use stan­dard ele­ments by means of illus­tra­tive prod­uct descrip­tions. It is quite nor­mal that every now and then, a 180° turn around the cor­ner must be considered.
In the truest sense of the word, this require­ment also applies to the Stain­less Steel-Mul­ti­ple-joint hinges GN 7237, which are now includ­ed in the Gan­ter prod­uct line. Although they are installed to be space-sav­ing and van­dal­ism-proof inside the hous­ing they allow a 180° open­ing angle of the flaps, hatch­es and doors. This helps achieve opti­mum acces­si­bil­i­ty to the hous­ing inte­ri­or and at the same time, it avoids the block­ing of escape routes by open doors, for exam­ple. More­over, the hous­ing exte­ri­ors remain free of attach­ments that do not match the design or that should be avoid­ed entire­ly in the inter­ests of easy cleaning.
The Stain­less Steel-Mul­ti­ple-joint hinges are made up of fix­ing angle pieces, which are mount­ed on the hous­ing or the door, and an inter­ven­ing 7‑speed, clear­ance-free, self-lubri­cat­ed joint mech­a­nism. Thanks to the move­ment of the joint mech­a­nism designed by sim­u­la­tion soft­ware, when open­ing, for exam­ple, a flap is first slight­ly lift­ed and then swung by 180°.
Max­i­mum flex­i­bil­i­ty in instal­la­tion: Long holes in the mount­ing brack­et and spac­er plates make the hinge adjustable on three lev­els. For easy mount­ing, thread­ed plates and spac­er plates are avail­able as accessories.
